The Arm Would rotate like on Toy Story and one row on the arm could be ahead of the other. The audio is probabally going to be on the car itself so each row would see and hear different scenes at all different times.

The most we can expect is a 6 person row, but it's more than likely only 4.
They better be hauling people on like cattle, otherwise the line is going to be painfully slow.
The vehicles are 4 people to each, with them being one sided. It would be interesting, but very hard to manage with two-sided vehicles. :]

i can see how that kind of thing would give you trouble. Maybe not the arm mechanics (because thats not new) but the track system, regardless of how we're conveyed has to be synched to the effects and video like Spiderman as well as to the movement of the vehicle. I honestly can't see how it will be efficient in terms of loading and break-downs might be all to common. but i'm sure the wait will be well worth it.
They will probabally have alot of ride vehicles and alot of show scenes to split it all up. The faster they dispatch the vehicles, the shorter the line will get. The more vehicles, the more dispatches.

Now comes a new SEC filing, the licensing agreement between Warner Bros. and Universal, which stipulates that the "Grand opening means the date on which the themed area is fully operational and open to the public, which is targeted to occur in or about December 15, 2009 but may occur as late as June 30, 2010.
That would be pretty cool if the vehicles were somewhat like a simple HRRR car (just one of the two in one train) with stadium seating, except 4 seats across instead of 2.
This is only a contractual agreement, not a date for the island to open. It was a wise move on WB's part to demand this opening date, but I think Universal has learned it's lesson from HRRR. We'll see WWoHP officially open before June, probably in the last half of May.

Just bored and want to list up the things as we speculated as facts (atleast within this
thread)
if everyone can add in from what they know in the past on this thread.
i guess it will be easy to follow close up to the opening.
List under is just what I read (to my best thru the threads)
Hogmead:
1. still no one knows the actual location of Dervish & Banges?
2. could be any of the huts in the end of the street, which is still a mystery.
3. There is no function to the Hogwarts express other then smoke, sound, and photo op in
front of it.
4. Ollivander is a annex to the original Ollivanders, but still a replica inside.
Experience will be one at a time (long lines)
A buying attraction I guess.
5. Real alcohol will be served in the Hogshead Pub. Butterbeer (a version of the Rootbeer) serve in Three Broomsticks for kids.
Flight of Hippogriff
1. Hagrids Hut is just a exterior with no interior
2. Hagrid will only appear in Voice (before you ride to tell you how to bow to Buckbeak)
3. Buckbeak is a animatronic that will bow before you go up the lift. And Buckbeak is outside in the outdoors (even in rain)
Dragon Challenge
1. Tracks will be repainted (what colors we dont know yet)
2. Walkthru Castle preshow, we know there will be tri-wizard stuff and Goblet of Fire props, but is the castle interior theming still the same?
Hogwarts Castle (Forbidden Journey)
1. There is a green house (what it function as we dont know. Que, handicap-use, walkthru only?)
2. We know some rooms confirmed but not all.
Room of Requirements
Griffindor Common Room
Classroom of DADA
Dumbledore Office
Great Hall
possible moving stair case
many corridors containing magical portraits
maybe dungeons
Rumor of 8 rooms in preshow, what other room can there be left?
3. The Loading is in the Great Hall.
4. The vehicle is 4 person, Enchanted Bench, on robocaster arm.
5. It is ground-level busbar track
6. Story uses of Floo Network and or Time-Turners
for some reason, I belive somehow the The Mirror of Erised or Two-way mirrors
will come in play for any LED screen and video displays.
Atleast for the video shot by Daniel, Rupert, and Emma.
7. Scenes we know for sure in the ride are:
Wizard's Chess scene (with chess animatronic)
Chamber of Secrets (with Basilisk animatornic)
Forbbiden Forest (with Aragog animatornic and many more acromantulas)
Hogwarts grounds near the Forbidden Forest (becasue there is the Whomping Willow animatronic)
Possible Quittich 3D simulator scene.
thats all we know, 5 scenes. Of course they are more,
Spidey has like 12-14.
8. Rumor, somehow Salazar Slytherin is involved in the ride.

I think we established that Dervish & Banges is in between The Owlery and Ollivander's.
Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure.
Im thinking that although the track will be the bus bar thing, that maybe it will be more than a few feet above ground level so that some scenes you can be way above the action and then lowered in by the arm without the track changing elevation ever. The building is so tall that even if your already situated 10-15 feet off the ground, the sets can still be enormous.. maybe this has been said already, but i think that would be a cool and clever way to utilize the technology
