PS: About the "thing on the courtyard," could it be the fountain from the courtyard? I don't know why they would even go to that extreme in the details, when you can't honestly see it unless from a very high viewing point, but I guess it could be a possibility... strange though...

^^ it seems in the right position for this, but like you, i can't imagine why they'd bother putting that in. it would only be visible from a helicopter. or if we were allowed up in the towers, but we've all exhausted that possibility..
:{):{):{):{)id imagine they are just tring to make it acurate! ?![]()
As you see in the model I believe it is part of the entrance to the Great Hall.

You are very sharp. I have that picture yet I did not think to look at it. Danke!
Now that that is solved, anyone able to get pictures of the FJ ride being cycled yet... some nice candids of the animatronics on the ride, ride layout, lighting tech... that is all that I am looking for. Don't want to be accused of asking for the moon.
BTW: I feel 100% confident that the seating will be four per car. I also feel confident that the seats will not be able to spin on their end axis. This is based on the website of the company who is responsible for the ride system: Dynamic Structures Download their PDF for more info.
It is also REMOTELY possible that 3 to 4 cars might leave the station simultaneously which would require a very wide load station similar to Soarin or a strangely curved load station. Notice that in the lead picture, each car is facing something different. I am not suggesting that this is the ride track at all, only that it is possible to have such a system of four cars seeing something different even though they are connected together. Also notice that the back of the last car must be weighted if a four car setup as it has nothing behind it to stabilize the motion.

Aren't there enough details on the Great Hall?! lol just kidding.
I'm not trying to shoot the possibility down, but it is nearly impossible to get pictures of the ride itself and especially the animatronics. Going to have to wait until Spring.
That is very good humor! Sorry I didn't notice lol.
I wasn't being that serious either![]()
Just to let you know, tomorrow I'm going to take new pictures! See you! :)
I was there today.

Wow! I am starting to think I might actually ride the kiddie coaster Flight of the Hippogriff because of the theming. I love the arch out of Hogsmeade that goes toward Dragon Challenge. I used to hate it, but it is growing on me like a weed. Thanx for the pics!![]()
Thanks for the pictures! The castle just stuns me every time I see it. When's the scaffolding for the three broomsticks coming down? I know they've got the construction's details down to a T, but it's felt like forever! I wanna see that restaurant in all it's glory!
