Hello guest! It looks like you aren't a member already. Get full access and register for free!I believe the arm itself is simply going to be painted black since it is going to be behind you it won't really matter. But I am curious as to how the seats are going to be configured. I have heard that it is going to be 6 seats across, but the concept art released by accident from American Scenic show 4 seats. Anyway I hear that you will be loading in the great hall and the theme is an enchanted bench.
Oh, and I just sent BriMan 40 pics including a scan of the new park map that has TWWOHP logo and "To be revealed in Spring 2010" where the hogwarts castle is going to be.

I think 6 seats would be too awkward for those on the edges and single riders scrunched between people. 4 people give it a more intimate 'look forward' feel, while 6 makes it kind of 'obese mega-view'. Lol.
Anyways, I also think it'd be awkward for the boarding to take place IN the hall. Maybe you enter through an inconspicuous door and wind throughout the hall, and then go through the main doors into the hallways to board. And I really hope the queue ropes aren't those clashy metal bars, because that would really take away from the aesthetics.
I gotta say the whole "enchanted desk" thing sounds pretty lame.I would rather them not theme it and leave it to our imagination than desks.Im guessing it will be a lapbar or something.
Benches, not desks. And the load is in the great hall. That is the giant room in the movie where they eat and stuff. But remember this is all rumor at this point.
Yeah yeah, I'm a pretty avid HP fan myself. And yeah, just rumors. Lol.
It's funny how all of this just ends up being so much different for the better in the end. I can't wait to ride this. If it's anything as good, or maybe better, than Spiderman, then I'm sure to leave a trail of saliva from my mouth being wide open. :D
Can't wait to see Dave's pics :)

Very nice pictures showing us details up-close! :D Thanks Disneyhead and Briman! I LOVE picture updates
Cool to finally see a section of the interlocking shingle panels. I wondered how they were executing that. Also, isn't amazing how the false perspective of the castle looked so compelling until they put up all the scaffolding. Totally kills the look temporarily.
Dave, you are an astounding photographer. Amazing pictures. Also, the Dragon Challenge construction is really starting to speed up.![]()
The Hogwartz on the hill containing the new ride is absolutely massive
good... good...
THE CASTLE IS COMING TOGETHER BEAUTIFULLY
Are they trying to hide something with the brownish tarp looking thing?
