I don't think it has much impact.
He said he had major plans for the 20th year right? So, hopefully, the rest of the crew follows those ideas they had.
Still, some things might be different without him. It's a shame.

It will have no Impact on HHN one bit. He left before went to Busch he was gone for 3 years. HHN continued on and continued growing. I think HHN needs to get new blood once in a while to keep it from getting any staler then it has become.
He is the face of HHN for the last few yrs, so is Mike A., but remember people Roddy left in 02 and the event was ran just fine for a few yrs without him. He is talented but he doesnt come up with these ideas on his own.. Hell it could have been a John Doe who came up with "Ripped from the Silver Screen", but we will never know.
Just because he left doesnt mean the houses will suck, who knows they might get scary again, but again we just dont know.. As I've been saying to people "The Show Must Go On"
There is a lot of people on that team that dont get the spotlight but I bet you they like it that way.. I've met a handfull of members of that talented team and they are super nice and do love to hear what the fans have to say about the event.
Now saying that the Mods should lock the thread due to this is a site where we talk about the parks.. Not anybody personal life.

Agreed. It's obvious that he is no longer with Universal, so nothing more needs to be said about it. We wish him the best on his future endeavors.
