I called Guest Services who not only had no clue about this but had heard nothing. At that I sent the guy to the website and he was pretty much reading to me what I already knew. So at this point, even though we have a website I'm waiting for a little more information.

Probably not large enough, and I don't think this will be a table-service restaurant.

Or do you mean where you could see him roll the sushi?
