More photos today! These are really done creativly!

TOP photographer Annie Liebovitz has released more photos of stars in her series for Disney - this time using actress Julianne Moore and Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps to recreate a scene from The Little Mermaid.

The legendary US snapper has previously caused a sensation with her first range of pictures featuring stars as diverse as soccer champ David Beckham - as Prince Charming - and pop diva Beyonce as Alice in Wonderland.

Other big names to pose for her Disney-themed shots included tennis ace Roger Federer - as King Arthur - and Scarlett Johansson as Cinderella.

See a selection of those pictures, plus the latest shots and more in our breath-taking Annie Liebovitz gallery.

The newest images in the Disney Dream Portrait Series include behind-the-scenes shots in which Leibovitz is pictured directing the Los Angeles shoot with Phelps, as a merman, and Boogie Nights/Jurassic Park star Moore in character as Ariel.

There clearly could have been a better choice for Ariel. She just went down 3 notches on my hot level. Way to go......

For some reason - the gallery above well sucks. I think this has the entire series. But I am not 100% sure.

Great find Sabre. I have only seen the Scarlet/ Cinderella, Beckham/Prince Phillip and Beyonce/Alice ones and loved them.
The ones on the site though, other than Whoopi, I thought were lame.
Mikael is like 60 years old doing Pan!? Lopez & Anthony are just sooo pretentous to me, and Biel as Pocahontas... huh?
That pic looked waaay silly too.
I love Liebovitz, but that set was not the best.

I actually like Julianne Moore as Ariel, the hair ties in and she looks beautiful.

I'm actually studying her and Lachapelle for my 2 favorite photographers for digital photography class. But, the pic of her I'm using is of John Lennon and Yoko Ono from the cover of Rolling Stone.

I agree about the Little Mermaid picture. I think she makes a good Ariel in that. The Biel as Pocahontas one was by the worst in my opinion. She is the exact opposite of exotic, and that's the look they should've gone for when choosing their Pocahontas. Everything about the picture was awkward and so wrong.

I'm not really a fan of the pics in general, were they really necessary?

I think it had something to do with advertising Year of a Million Dreams.

I couldn't agree more on Biel. At first I thought she was like Robin Hood or something,
the outfit looks more like a boy costume than the sexy costume Pocahontas wears.
She is running and looks like completely blank, what is that about? Nothing about her is anything like Pocahontas.
She doesn't even have the long flowing black hair, come on, that is trademark!
I am trying to think of who would have been good in her place... hmmm...
I keep seeing the girl that actually played her in The New World, she made an amazing Pocahontas.

yea...i am not sure why they started to do these picture. they are found as a download at the YOAMD site...so that proves they are a treat for us. But it is weird how some are fine - yet others look totally crazy and weird...

High School sweethearts Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens will be portraying Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip from the Disney classic Sleeping Beauty in a new portrait from celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz.

JJ saw the gorgeous photo last month and you won’t be disappointed! There’s no lip-lock… but it certainly comes super close. Hubba hubba hubba!

David Beckham portrayed Prince Phillip back in 2007 but it’s a new generation of stars now! Other published celebrity Disney portraits include:

I think we have a thread for this somewhere, ah well.
I loved the last series of portraits, except the Jessica Biel one... it just didn't fit.
Hope there are more that of just these two cutesy clowns.
