It's the Villains exhibit at the end of the Backlot Tour. It's a "Must See Attraction", meaning you "Must see it in order to exit the attraction."

oh...alright...they have all the costumes and such. thanks for pointing that out. normally i just skip over the area.

why the simple display is down a month is kinda weird...you move 1 costume out...another comes in. stores do it all the time!

I think they're going to be doing some work to the walls and such. Who knows? I wonder where the alternate route to exit the BT will be.
