After a recent trip to DHS i saw a building by Toy Story Mania that read on the sign ("gearing up for a new attraction") or something like that. could it be the new Monsters Inc. roller coaster? :D

im not sure if its true. but Screamscape says there plannin on having a new coaster for 2010. i also saw disney EXECS out at the path the day i was there.
